Our alpaca farm is located in the foothills southeast of Portland, Oregon.
We are 8 miles from Interstate 205, close enough for arts and culture, far enough to be a world apart. Our website is ever evolving to include interesting and valuable information for new and established alpaca enthusiasts. Learn about animal handling from Marty McGee Bennett, view an alpaca birth, investigate the financial aspects of alpaca ownership, get a preview of what this year's breedings will produce, or keep up on current events at Stonyridge Alpacas.
Check out our herdsire choices for 2007.
Our breeding program is bringing together animals with deep multi-generational
color pedigrees complemented by the strong
fleece characteristics from the Peruvian/
Accoyo bloodlines. We have assembled three
fine examples of the coming generations of
colored huacayas. These three
males represent classic conformation and stunning fleeces one would expect from their championship bloodlines and and their color genotypes.
